Developing and reviewing recruitment polcy/guideline, internal database and manpower plan.
Developing Information System (HRIS), Compensation, Career Roadmap, Individual Development Plan (IDP/KPI) and Succession plan to support the business growth/expansion.
Updating and consulting with managers and management on relevant updated laws and requirement, as well as, other Group audit requirements.
Handling of all company related Regulatory and Buyers’ audit, questionnaires, group reports and HR compliance.
Leading of all company’s and HR related engagement programs and Social/CSR activities.
