Phnom Penh · March 2016 - July 2017 The PEPPERYHOUSE Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations of Restaurant including Finance and Administration, Human Resources Development, PR / Marketing and Operational Management. This includes the direct supervision and training of staff, management and care of the building, equipment and assets, overall financial control and accountability, strategic planning, business development & legal /contractual / admin coordination.
To develop and maintain highest standard of quality as they relate to presentation, supervision and control of food and beverage service in PEPPERYHOUSE venue.
To build and maintain a strong and efficient team.
To conducts training on a regular basis.
To create a loyal and trustworthy staff that takes pride in their work, thereby providing the highest level of service possible.
To operate the venue with a profitable financial result.
To be responsible for EPPERYHOUSE Operation.
