- Staffing and movement administration including, recruitment, transfer, promotion, upgrade, confirmation, contract renewal and resignation
- Preparation of quality evaluation forms
- hiring and training new staff ensure they know well of business structure
- Manage and improving operation to delivery archive target
- Lead in HR tasks, interview process, exit interview.
- Employee Training and development, evaluation and appraisal
