Maintenance Officer will take charge of the day-to-day operations of The Royal Condo. This will typically include duties such as communication with residents and owners, minor maintenance, providing notices or updates to tenants, and conducting audits of building safety or other MEP and involve keeping facilities clean, organizing or preparing documents for the building owner regarding occupancy or other statistics.
Maintenance Officer role will directly report to Technical Supervisor/ Manager and other-task’s assigned by Property Manager.
2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Performs service works on existing equipment, as well as installation and commissioning activities.
Provides site technical support to customers, assists in troubleshooting product problems in the field.
Assists customers remotely with technical (MEP) support and troubleshooting.
Preparation & organize site works: Facilities, Generator and other renovations.
Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units and liaising with engineering team for repairs and planning renovation.
knowledge of occupational safety requirements, Inspector, testing, commissioning, hand over & demobilization.
Overseeing contractors and ensure they are in compliance with the rules of the building.
8. Check the routine documents and reports related to site activities.
Electricity and water meter maintain record when the system require.
Bachelor Degree or equivalent of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 1 years up in MEP, construction, maintenances.
Demonstrated ability to work with and cross different team
Able to speaking and writing English.
Honesty, Positive, good problem solving and hard-working.
