I. Purpose of existing of the position
To drive and improvement business, to find new clients, keep, maintain and provide a good service to clients, solve and find the best resolution for client’s complaint, manage and lead sale team. Manage and develop both existing customers and new opportunity as well as new business up to date, doing well cooperate with transportation, warehouse, and other value added Service. Understand on profit and loss of each customer and propose business plan to country manager for consider and make decision.
II. Major Job Description
- Find, Maintain and keep service to the clients, doing sale operation, Implementater for whole sale loop, especially for new clients
- Generate Profit and loss (P&L) to operational finance by timely and accurately.
- Make sale performance plan, manage and lead team sale to implement the plan to achieve goal and the company target
- Develop sales strategy and improve sales team and set sale target to sale team.
- To drive sale team to achieve the company target as weekly, monthly and yearly
- Control and closely follow up customer payment and supplier performance (KPI)
- Generate IOP and SOP for each customer based on actual operation practice, requirement and nature of shipment
- Be able to handle Problem Solving (RCPS) effectively with customers.
- Adhere to Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs) per client basis during daily task management
- Review weekly, Monthly and yearly revenue of existing customer and define new opportunity
- Create proper handover project to operation for handle after new project is stable and smooth
- Carry out all activities in a manner which contribute to the achievements of individual and team
- Ensure highest data accuracy and take preventive measures to eliminate potential errors/claim and penalty
- Provide positive feedback and support with the team.
- Join weekly or monthly management meeting.
- Other tasks assigned by country manager
III. Requirement and Competency
1/ Knowledge Requirement
- Bachelor Degree of management or Business Administration /related field
- Microsoft office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet (Gmail, outlook)
- Experienced in logistics sector in management level at least 3 years
- Age 25 - 45 years' old
- Good communication in English (Can speak Thai is plus)
