  • BSc/MSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field is preferred. 
  • Outstanding negotiation and consultative sale skills. 
  • Effective communication skills. 
  • Experience managing, directing, mentoring, and coaching sale team. 
  • Very good in English.
Responsibilities/Major Job Outcomes
  • Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to sale team of assigned territory. 
  • Monitoring the performance of the sale coordinator and motivating to meet or exceed sale targets. 
  • Develop performance improvement plan for sale team to meet performance targets.
  • Travelling to potential new and existing customers within assigned territory to build brand awareness.
  • Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance. 
  • Proactively pursue new sale opportunities or expanding market.
  • Ensure company’s sale database (customer information, etc.) are regularly updated. 
  • Other tasks assigned by department manager.
