** Job Purpose:
Manage the all daily operations of Sales Support division and staffs including manage the daily SO (Manage sage), and pre sales and delivery teams. Consolidate Delivery KPI, Sales performance report on monthly basic. Manage and lead all support team and the process adhered by company and operations policy. Responsible day to day of the team and work across division to ensure the support functioning accordingly.
** Main Duties:
1. Main Tasks:
Manage sage system related part of sales operation
Manage pre sales delivery and hot line
Manage application form for company & Factory use
Prepare incentive of per sales delivery
Prepare & combine sales target & sales KPI of month
Prepare & combine sales incentive by region
Perform other Task as Assigned by Management
2. Additional Tasks:
Consolidate Sales Fundamental
Daily Sales Summary report
Sub Distributor Stock management & update
Facilitate Weekly ASM Sales meeting
Monitoring Sales Effectiveness report
Report to Operation Manager
Bachelor degree in Management Hotel and Tourism or related field preferred.
Experience with knowledge of Logistics (local, import/export, warehouse and sale).
Problem solver, able to troubleshoot issue independently or escalate when necessary sense of accountability and sound professional judgment.
An analytical mind with problem-solving skill.
Strong inter-personal skill and critical thinking skill, communication, commitment, organize, maintain and desire to work in Logistics (warehouse/transportation).
Open minded willing learn engage the department goals directives.
