University degree in Marketing/ Sales/ or other related fields
Excellent knowledge of communication and convincing skills

2. Job Description
Greet customer and help them to use/buy Toyota Quality Service and Genuine Parts
Maximize customer traffic in workshop with high retention rate
Well explain to customers about all points of current repair done and invite them for next service
Use system to find correct parts number and check parts stock availability
Prepare quotation for both parts and service
Conduct quality check before delivery to make sure all jobs are done properly
Issue invoice for customers after completed repairing
Record lost sales for both parts and service availability
Handle customers complaints based on fact
Conduct product proposal regularly to boost parts and labor sales
Do the follow up call to all pending product proposals and quotations and update the report to supervisor
Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor
