Division : Spare Parts Department 

1. Job Requirement 
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Management/Economics or equivalent 
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience in sales & marketing or in management in company of a large corporation operating multi-branch 
  • Experience in preparing monthly company analysis/report, analyzed by department and branch 
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and supervisory skills Motivated, positive attitude, pro-active, and team-oriented 
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills 
  • Willing to work hard, honest, and integrity 
  • Effective verbal (English), listening and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
2. Job Description 
  • To participate in setting up parts strategies and budget with big picture point of view and explain to management and staffs 
  • To set a long term/ a mid-term/ yearly plan and strategy through the analysis of parts customer and Cambodia Parts market 
  • Together with Parts manager to develop clear parts business strategy that achieve annual sales/profit 
  • To monitor weekly and monthly sales performance/activities result reported by each staff and provide comments with positive thinking approach 
  • To create annual part marketing calendar in the area of distributor operation for both Internal and External sales 
  • To create advertisement (media, events, etc..) and promotion/campaign and analysis of its effects 
  • To oversee the Parts performance and maintain/update of parts SOPs of each operation in distributor operation 
  • Together with parts manager to ensure timely and accurate parts business reporting to management and oversea. 
  • Together with Parts Manager, following stock policy, to ensure effective stock control and avoiding long time aging stock 
  • To realize and implement efficient and effective of risk/fraud management. 
  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor
