 Phnom Penh Land Development is URGENTLY looking for a qualified and talented candidate of creativity and advancement, full of energy and positive thinking to fill in the vacant position as Senior MEP (Construction) 1 post who meets the criteria as follows: 
 Job Responsibilities: 
  • Preparing reports, designs and drawings 
  • Providing technical advice 
  • Design M.E.P 
  • Liaising with relevant professional staff such as architects 
  • Monitoring and inspecting work undertaken by contractors 
  • Preparing Bill of Quantities and cost estimation for M.E.P works 
  • Check drawing BOQ and report from site. 
  • Perform tasks assigned by M.E.P 
  • Design Manager/Head of Technical Department. 
  • Preparing of concept, schematic, design development, tender drawings and construction drawings. 
  • Liaise with internal or external design architectural, interior, structural design team. 
  • Preparing of technical specification, material specification for design project. 
  • Site inspections, if necessary. 
  • Preparing Bill of Quantities and cost estimation for M.E.P works. 
  • Liaise with construction team for site inspection if required 
  • To maintain close contact with Design Team and project managers 
  • To do some other tasks assigned by Technical manager 
 Job Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in MEP or relevant 
  •  Minimum 3 years of work experiences 
  •  Strong project management skill particularly the construction projects; 
  • Positive thinking, dynamic teamwork, self-motivation, time management, disciplinary, respectful, helpful, supportive, communicative, cooperative and result-oriented; 
  •  Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), AutoCad, 2D. 
  • Khmer and English are acceptable; 
 Salary and Benefits 
  • Salary: competitive salary, which is negotiable, based on experiences and work duration; 
  • Salary increment and/or promotion once in 6 months if best performing and then annually;
