Phnom Penh Land Development is URGENTLY looking for a qualified and talented candidate of creativity and advancement, full of energy and positive thinking to fill in the vacant position as Contract Manager (Construction) 1 post who meets the criteria as follows:
Review 3rd party contracts and ensure its adherence to Cambodian laws and regulations;
Monitor contracts status until its execution;
Other responsibilities include assisting the Legal Advisor in providing legal and regulatory advice to the Company’s management committee;
Lending assistance in mitigating risks that may arise from the Company’s operational activities;
Be able to determine legal environments of Sotelco and industry;
Prepare and Draft/review contract and documents when required to management for approval.
Prepare weekly / monthly report for cash flow and budget reports.
Recommendation to managements, for approval on Vendor suppliers.
Support operation whenever requested by commercial division;
Other responsibilities assigned by the Legal advisor/management committee.
Set up SOP and Documents Control are required and Work flow producer system to management.
Ac-hoc and Honesties to companies.
Other tacks will be required from managements at any point of time.
Team player and KPI achievements.
Master/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
8 or more years of work experiences in construction and project implementations;
Strong construction knowledge and ability to control the quality and cost;
Good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communicator, negotiator and thinking creatively;
Positive thinking, dynamic teamwork, self-motivation, time management, disciplinary, respectful, helpful, supportive, communicative, cooperative and result-oriented;
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), AutoCad (2D & 3D) and MS Project and other related programs;
Able to work under pressure with high responsibility;
Khmer and English are acceptable;
