We specialized in developing and selling successful and award-winning condominium projects such as the fully leased Galaxy Residence and the award-winning project, The Peninsula Private Residences. Led by our Managing Director, Mr. Kam Chin Seng, we are strongly settled in the local real estate landscape, under an inter-cultural, good mix of western and Asian managerial team and exclusive leading partnership across Cambodia bringing international standards and local expertise.
We are currently looking for 2 candidates to join our ever-growing team as a Sales and Marketing Executive.
2. Qualification and Experience:
Age 25 to 35 years
Speaks fluent English and Khmer
Possess an university degree or experience in Hospitality, Marketing, Economics or Finance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, mobile apps, internet, emailing and presentation to audience;
Experience in real-estate and property selling is not required but appreciated;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in addition to being a team player;
Excellent presentation, responsible, quick learner with self-confidence and pro-activeness;
Able to think from a customer’s perspective;
Ensure company and project’s image is protected by using proper words and actions;
Workdays can possibly include week-ends (to adapt to customer’s schedule arrangements).
3. Job Description:
Define sales targets periodically, develop sales strategies to generate revenues and to optimize cash collection.
Collaborate with the head of finance to ensure a positive cash position in line with overall project business plan.
Ensure lead generations for the sales team through a combination of offline and online marketing / advertising.
Manage marketing budget with financial discipline, integrate project financial planning in the decision making.
Lead implementation of action plans that ensure attainment of sales targets and expansion of customer base.
Oversee sales operations in sales gallery or exhibitions, provide active assistance and guidance in negotiations.
Improve sales processes, develop the company sales force, coach and mentor sales team, close property deals.
Ensure qualification, follow-up plan and customer care for each generated lead or walk-in visit in sales gallery.
Review sales team reports and provide constructive feedback, analyze field findings and adjust sales operations.
Monitor performance and customer satisfaction, detect any negligence and determine overall training priorities.
Manage existing sales pipelines and referral sales networks (brokers, real estate agents, existing customer base).
Lead negotiations related to collaboration frameworks and commission agreements with real estate agencies.
Advise on amendments and improvements of sales kit and marketing materials to enhance project positioning.
Update overall company knowledge by participating in industry conferences, seminars, exhibitions and forums.
