The three strategic partners have successfully combined their respective interests and experiences in property development, property investment, asset management, hotel development and hospitality to create the award-winning project, The Peninsula Private Residences. Led by our Managing Director, Mr. Kam Chin Seng, we are looking to expand our ever-growing team with another upcoming residential project which is a social condominium project located at the Mekong riverside.
We are currently looking for an Architect Coordinator to join us. We welcome both local or expatriate nationals to apply for the position.
1. Qualification & Experience:
Speaks good English and able to communicate well with others.
Possess a Bachelor degree in the architectural field.
Have excellent analytical skills, creativity, and flexibility.
Diligent, pays attention to detail, and able to produce results within deadline given.
Good interpersonal, organization, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
2. Job Description:
Coordinate with the Managing Director in regard to the overall design drawings from different fields.
Supervise quality of design drawings closely and provide constructive feedback on the design drawings
when liaising with external design, production or printing companies.
Generate good creative ideas and ensure things are in order.
Follow up on the schedule strictly to ensure the smooth completion of the project.
Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
Contribute to the company by accomplishing results when needed.
Other tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.
Working day: Monday to Saturday morning
Working hour: 8:30am to 5:30 pm lunch one hour
Allowance: monthly salary and 13 month salary
Public holiday: follow the government public holiday
