The main duty is to implement lending service in the coverage area accurately and timely in order to meet the proposed target in term of quantity and quality that include three main factors as following:
Detail Responsibility:
Study and analyze precisely on market need to sell service especially, the institutions’ Motor loan services.
Understanding related to Motor Loan Policy.
Checking with dealer or other shop for making the lease contract in order to promote the company reputation.
Ability to solve any problem related to loan overdue (Motor Loan)
Strongly knowledge about motor loan policy.
Understanding the application form for motor loan.
Loan contract analyze and understand the law of borrowing.
Promote to make customers aware and understand clearly on all institution’s service that is financial resource which is easy to get in touch with and provides fast service especially, to customers that need loan by persuading them to borrow money from the institution.
Study and research correctly and accurately on background, character, business, income, expense, of customer to assess loan and repayment before giving loan in order to ensure guarantee 100% of repayment capacity.
Provide loan accurately and achieve plan as determined by manager (amount of customer, amount of loan, balance, total of loan portfolio).
Prohibit on giving loan to any customers that have business related to law forbidden.
Explain about policy, loan procedure and credit policy of the institution to customer.
Organize staffs base on potential work
Control on job performance and compare with the given plans to staff and action plans.
Knowledge and have connection with leasing company.
2. Job Requirement
Master or Bachelor Degree in, Business Management, Banking or Equivalent
-Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in written and oral English communications
Commitment to consistently deliver high quality solutions
Proven experience as mid-manager
At least 3 years in managerial role
Experience in leasing company (Motor Loan product)
Understanding of all selection methods and technique
Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
Knowledge of labor legislation
Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
