The objective of the Assistant Manager, Staff and Office Security is to provide support to implement and to continuously improve safety and security risks management procedures and mitigation methodologies of the company. The role also encompasses staff safety and procedures which are to be in line with WBF’s security standards and policies.
  • Assists the Manager, Office Support to developing annual departmental plan for WBF in regards to Security; 
  • Assists the Manager, office Support in regard to WB Finance’s Business Plan, especially in areas related to Safety and security expenses; 
  • To implement security measures and protocols (Security Risk Assessment, and Core Security Requirement especially in new building); 
  • Work with relevant staff (procurement, office support) in the new building to arrange security measures, all purchases for security are made; 
  • Strengthen control of security camera, access door and emergency bell system in all offices, following the standard required; 
  • Report Security Incidents to management immediately; 
  • Conduct safety and security assessments of all offices and make recommendations and check implementation, accordingly; 
  • Regularly monitor on safety & security development/concerns throughout country, timely issues security advices to all employees and managers. 
  • Provide day to day management and leadership to staff under supervision; 
  • Continuously build self-capacity and related skills, improve the performance and productivities. 
  • Implement the Performance and Development Management (PDM) system; 
  • Build and maintain critical relationship with WB Finance staff, other MFIs and stakeholders; 
  • Build team work and improve relationship within the team
  • At least 3 years working experience in office and security management or related field; 
  • Bachelor degree in business administrations or other fields. 
  • Good organizational skills and time management 
  •  Able to communication with all management level 
  •  Ability to travel to provinces, sometime travels on weekends and holidays. 
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Be proficient in English speaking and writing.
