The purpose of this position is to ensure that the outstanding of deposit balance reach to the target of the budget plan of the Branch office. Savings Officer is the position response to sale the company’s products and services (credit and non-credit). Their main activities to make appointment, client meeting, research market and others tasks according to their manager requirement. Savings Officer response to assist customer to fill all savings opening account forms.
To perform branch to achieve savings target, credit and non-credit product, high quality and sustainable.
Ensure that all tools of savings measurement such as deposit value, number of depositor, and number of account meet the annual target.
Take lead in mobilization and operation of deposit/savings.
Outdoor sales deposit products and services to the target customers.
Build business partnership to provide optimal customer experience and maximize sales opportunities to retain and grow profitable.
Keeping good relationship with potential depositors.
Handling customer proposal and bring to Head of Deposit.
Lead force of sales activation campaign in the regional area.
Answering customer question and requirement timely and correctly.
Joint Training course both credit and non-credit products/services.
Strengthen the capacity through on-the-job training, e-leaning and NSO.
Prepare activities plan submit to BM.
Support branches offices among the regional area.
Plan to meet customer daily and monthly and Follow up customer.
Produce report (timely, completely and efficiently).
Analyze the market and competitor report clearly.
Report the actual vs plan report.
To work closely with Customer and Teller that relate in opening account and deposit operation process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with staff and managers to ensure open and fluid communication.
3. REQUIREMENT COMPETENCIES:
Minimum of 1 year experiences as a sale person and customer service or fresh graduate with good communication and relationship skills.
Knowledge of Bank or Microfinance operations and deposit/savings servicing including best practices and standards operating procedures.
Good computer skill: Word, Excel, spreadsheet, social media, internet and email.
Good written and oral communication skills in both Khmer and English.
Possess effective selling skills and sense of customer services.
Ability to write reports.
Ability to pay strict attention to detail and be thorough in the completion of job duties.
Ability to work under pressure, independently and highly self-motivated.
Able to travel through the country.
Working day: 5 days/ week from 8AM - 5PM
