This position reports to the Vice President, Indochina and Group Chief Growth Officer is responsible for the effective management of marketing programs in Cambodia.
Develop and execute multi-year strategic plan as well as annual marketing program to deliver growth
Develop and execute Trade Marketing Strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all product categories by putting in place, monitor and improve processes to link all Marketing activities with the activities of the Sales team
Lead and support in the strategic development, implementation and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including media planning and reporting / analytics and launch activities and integrated campaign aligned with brand strategy across various digital channel activations
Steering of agencies both creative & media to conduct project on-time
Flawlessly implement and execute marketing strategies to support business objectives.
Synthesize consumer insights and secondary market research to inform and optimize plans.
Lead price pack category architecture within the channel, launching new SKU’s that better meet customer/consumer requirements and deliver against key internal financial KPIs.
Lead communication to enhance brand awareness and likeability in digital platform.
Develop understanding of key customers to implement annual promotional plan and marketing programs that will increase visibility and drive velocity within end consumers.
Design and develop trade marketing program to support seasonal promotions, new product and program launches, and innovative marketing initiatives to drive volume and relationships/favorability with distributors.
Ongoing management of product portfolio within the channel to ensure optimal assortment that delivers
Execute POS materials and signage, sales collateral and sales presentations, ensuring adherence to all brand guidelines.
SKU-level profitability. Includes partnership with sales managers and marketing associates to launch relevant innovation of Yeo’s products channel.
Develop innovative programs and pitch partnerships to incubate new products and drive total brand awareness in an effort to support retail business.
Collaborate with sales to foster relationships with distributors and/or key customers, ensuring that we are bringing forward relevant solutions and position products as an innovator and thought leader.
Lead tradeshow strategy and execution ensuring that Yeo’s products are present & visible at key industry shows.
Collaborate with finance co-pilot and sales teams to deliver a holistic pricing and promotion strategy that to deliver sustainable profitable growth.
Partner with finance co-pilot and field sales analyst to develop ongoing reporting against plan KPIs. Integrate insights into monthly business meetings.
• Track and report competitive activities and product offerings.
Provide administration support for marketing reports and submissions to finance department.
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
5-7+ years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, brand management, or product management
Experience in working closely with and/or leading sales teams is desired.
Experience in consulting, channel marketing and/or B2B marketing is useful.
Relevant social media management, digital marketing, on line community management experience is preferred
Strong analytical and product management skills; comfortable with syndicated data as well disparate data/comfort with ambiguity and/or limited data.
Strong knowledge of marketing vehicles and fundamentals.
Ability to analyze business trends and financial metrics, including sales, return on investments, and profit and loss.
