Design and implement a strategic plan to support company sale target
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Establish Sales Network and Customer Database
Manage and lead the sales force, provide guidelines and problem resolution to ensure team members are fully equipped to motivate the dealers and customers to comply with the company policy and achieve the sales performance
Conduct market survey, collect market information including market price and competitor activities for management review.
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives•Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
2. Job Description
BBA degree in related fields
Minimum 3 – 5 years of corporate (Project) sales experience in home supply or construction materials products
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Strong planning ability, know how to plan efforts and resources to reach targets
Able to work flexible time ( OT, Weekend, Holiday …)
Strong English capabilities are a must and Chinese language skills would also be an advantage.
Computer Office Literature (Microsoft Office, Internet & Email, etc)
Fast learned, Dynamic, Team spirit, Flexible, Solving problem skills
Good communication, interpersonal and follow up skills
Honest and good commitment to achieve the target.
Should have driving license and able to travel to provinces occasionally
