1.Job Description
  •  Manage all of the day to day in operation of all the Departments to make sure it runs smoothly 
  •  Prepare the training for all the staffs in Sales & Marketing department to work effectively and efficiently 
  •  Develop budget plans, strategies and targets to meet the company objectives 
  • Monitor and collect the sale reports weekly and sale reports monthly submit to management. 
  •  Solve the problems related all departments both communications internally and externally 
  •  Set up SOP implementation and check all routine with operation procedure. 
  • Prepare the company booth, events and other company’s advertising for achieve sale target. 
  •  Supervise the team to work efficiently to process customer transactions as quickly as possible. 
  •  Welcome customer complaints for opportunity to learn, and take personal responsibility. 
  • Solve the problems related with all departments and customer satisfaction 
2. Job Requirements
  •  At least 5 years experiences in management or related field 
  • Good command of English language 
  •  Knowledge of all performance managements 
  •  Able to use basic computer skills (MS Office Words, Excel, Internet and Email) 
  •  Good at management and organizational skills 
  •  Good at communication and interpersonal skills
