Assist HR T&D, ER MANAGER to develop and update Company and HR policies, Internal Rule and Regulations, work procedures and guidelines to ensure HR is effectively and efficiently carried out.
Develop implementation of Staff Policies.
Assist HR T&D, ER MANAGER to set the training strategy in the organization and have a significant impact on the development of employees´ skills and competencies.
Manage the costs of the development of employees and set the priorities, which brings the highest return on investment.
Strengthen the employer-employee relationship through identifying and resolving workplace issues, measuring employee satisfaction and morale, and providing support and input to the company's performance management system.
Report to HR T&D, ER MANAGER.
Other tasks may be assigned from time to time by HR T&D, ER MANAGER.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree of HR Management, Administration, or a related field.
Experiences in HR T&D at least 5 years.
Strong Training Experience, Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills.
Management and Leadership Skills, Coaching and Analytical Skills.
Be friendly, fair, firm, and affordable to work pressure.
Flexible, adaptable to new work culture, willing to learn.
