PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 
  • Participate in all sales activities organized by the company 
  • Managing external sales and working alongside the marketing team in order to fulfil sales activities and meet the budget. 
  • Provide consistent excellent customer services and demonstrate the product to customers. 
  • Provide consultations and full solution with regard to electrical supply 
  • Smart in consulting on customer requirements 
  • Be on site meeting with customers 
  • Identifying customer requirements and generating inquiries by interacting with customers realizing their needs and offer the right product according to customers needed. 
  • Handling control, High and Low voltage products 
  • Establish and maintain new customer relationships. 
  • Work with manager to implement new ways to expand customer base and increase sales volume. 
  • Daily, Weekly and Monthly report to Sales Manager. 
  • Build strong network with existing and new clients. 
  • Market trend research, new products research.
  • Outdoor work with a lot of transportation required 
  • Other tasks as assigned by management

I-Context/Environment 
Yong Sheng Global Trading is the new set up trading company which focuses on construction material as cement, steel, electrical equipment and ready mixed concrete. We aim to be leader in the industry. 
II-Job Specification and Requirements 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. 
  • Minimum 2 years’ experiences in sales, marketing, electrical and construction field is preferred. 
  • Experience in customer relationship management 
  • Can work as a team and have high responsibility 
  • Good personal relation, self-motivated, honesty and commitment 
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure 
  • Be the problem solver, able to work under pressure with high responsibility. 
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Khmer, understand other Chinese language will be an added advantage 
  • Skillful in computer application including word, excel, and power point. 
III-Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 
  • Achieve sales target and budget 
  • Recruiting new customers, building relationship with clients, win competitors dealers and market share 
  • Proper visiting plan and report for daily/weekly/monthly
  • Implementation on TRG (CRM) and update sales report properly 
  • Opening new customers’ account
