Downer has been designing, building and sustaining New Zealand’s infrastructure for over a century and is a leading provider of integrated services in Australia and New Zealand.
With over 10,000 employees in New Zealand, we work alongside some of New Zealand’s biggest businesses, councils and government agencies.
The opportunity
We’ve been on a transformation journey involving Microsoft Dynamics and now need a highly articulate and organised Programme Co-ordinator & Change Analyst to embed more rigour in the programme, and manage the change comms. This is a great 6 month fixed term opportunity (January – 30 June 2022) for someone who is hungry to get ahead. There is a strong likelihood the contract could be extended.
We have a roadmap and a vision and using a mixture of Agile and Waterfall, know what we need to do. As the Programme Co-ordinator & Change Analyst, you’ll be working closely with the Programme Manager, bringing rigour, helping establish an operating rhythm ensuring that very tight deadlines are met, risks are mitigated, bills paid, resources are happy and stakeholders are fully aware of what is happening. No two days will be the same. And we’re hoping that excites you.
This is an unusual role. In this role, while project documentation is a must, we’re looking for someone who also has a flair for technology and communications and knows how to develop and use communication channels. Sharepoint experience is a must as is written and verbal communication.
As our head office is in Wiri, Manukau, you will have workplace flexibility, and can work up to two days per week from home.
About you
As we continue on our transformation journey, the Programme Co-ordinator & Change Analyst (PC&CA) will be integral to ensuring the planning, execution and successful completion of the programme is well supported. The PC&CA works very closely with, and under the direction of, the Programme Manager to support all activities related to the management of the programme.
