  • Act as a consultant advising on different HR disciplines to Business Managers and employees at local level
  • Undertake a broad range of HR work spanning across employee lifecycle – sometimes complex and non-routine requiring background research e.g. providing legal advice
  • Support managers with hiring process, contracts and on boarding new employees
  • Facilitate delivery of employee development needs and drive employee career development program
  • Train and/or facilitate training sessions
  • Keep up-to-date with latest development in HR industry and labour legislation
  • Enhance awareness and compliance with company policies/and procedures and legal requirements/ egulations
  • Research and analyse employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
  • Assist management in conflict resolution


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • HR experience for more than 6-8 years across all key aspects of HR processes including Talent, C&B, ER/IR, budgeting, etc.
  • Business understanding
  • Proven experience of building & maintaining relationships
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • English fluent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
