As a Customer Service Advisor , you will:

  • Assist customers through inbound calls and / or emails.
  • Evaluate, analyze and solve customer problems by providing a solution to problems.
  • Assist customers with the initial configuration of their products or their user account settings.
  • Collect and document all relevant information in the system in order to keep track of service delivery.

We are looking for :

  • Native or fluent in French (C2)
  • Fluency in English (B2)
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer oriented
  • Proactive, results oriented, motivated and able to work in a team
  • On the lookout for new technologies and trends
