Customer Service Advisor
, you will:
Assist customers through inbound calls and / or emails.
Evaluate, analyze and solve customer problems by providing a solution to problems.
Assist customers with the initial configuration of their products or their user account settings.
Collect and document all relevant information in the system in order to keep track of service delivery.
We are looking for :
Native or fluent in
Good communication skills
Proactive, results oriented, motivated and able to work in a team
On the lookout for new technologies and trends
