Job Responsibilities:

a. Support and manage the current business:

  • Involve in SOMA Group’s growth and manage into new ventures and strategic partnerships.
  • Designing and developing market-driven products and services.
  • Review, create & develop tools, business process, flow and procedures
  • Work with corporate team in SOMA Group to get support and collaborate related recruit & develop staff, facilities, technology & infrastructure, purchasing mater and any other task related to budget & financial perspective.

b. Maintain the business:

  • Maintain business development Pipeline Management System.
  • Connect projects and other SOMA subsidiaries with finance (debt and equity)
  • Facilitate corporate development projects such as establishment/revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policies.
  • Expand the business:
  • Lead investment evaluation, business plan/financial model development, and due diligence for new projects.
  • Identifying potential organizations for Merger or Acquisition to expand existing product lines or bring new product lines to the organization and involvement in M&A negotiations or Join Venture.

c. Strategic partnerships:

  • Provide continued consulting services to investee companies, including Mentoring, Coordinating, Growth management advising, Strategic planning, Serving on investee company Board of Directors, Oversight of budget and financial reporting.
  • Propose an idea of cross sales strategic of products & service within SOMA Group of Companies.

d. Support CEO & team by suggestion an idea for business improvement:

  • Developing new lines of business to achieve the company's mission & create long-term value for SOMA Group by growing its customer base, market penetration, and relationship network.
  • Providing guidance and expert advice to technical staff from the provider perspective regarding design systems and processes that serve our customers.
  • Regular reporting to SOMA Board and contributing business development component to corporate five years horizon planning, attend SOMA Group Board Meetings as requested.
  • Advise on corporate development initiatives and advise SOMA Group on high-level strategy.


  • Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
  • At least 10-year experiences in finance, investment development, consulting or Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
  • Proficient in financial modeling.
  • Experienced in building business plans
  • Experienced in evaluating market opportunities
  • Proven leadership skills as a senior executive leading a company or major division of an organization.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills.
  • Experience in a matrix management, for profit organization.
  • Proactive and strong management skills
  • Proficient in English and MS office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
