Job Responsibilities:

  • Help to development a growing strategy by defining project scope, goals deliverables.
  • Help coordinate day to day operation on all projects under SOMA Agriculture.
  • Define tasks and required resources.
  • Collect & manage project team.
  • Allocate project resources.
  • Create schedule and project timeline.
  • Support & direct team, lead quality assurance, monitor and support on project progress.
  • Present to stakeholder’s reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.
  • Implement & manage change when necessary to meet project output and evaluate and access result of project.
  • Manage all documentation of the scope and planning.
  • Good communication skills with customers, team & stakeholders.
  • Help to assist in cost management to suit each project.
  • Assist COO of Agriculture in all aspects of the office.
  • Perform other critical roles as defined by Group CEO.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a resource management and project management role.
  • Able to show leadership and influence to senior management levels.
  • Has strong analytical and effective decision making on sensitive issues.
  • Strong ability of developing strategic planning and visionary.
  • Strong English & Khmer proficiency, both written & spoken.
  • Be able to accurate translate from Khmer to English & English to Khmer.
  • Good working knowledge of computer systems & applications
  • Good skills in decision making, problem solving, presentation, communication and reporting writing.
  • Demonstration of outstanding management, human relations, and technical skills.
  • A business minded person with initiative and ability to work under pressure.
