Job Description 

  • Sourcing new potential copanies 
  • Negotiating agreement and packages
  • Consult with client
  • Help client build JD 
  • Send candidate resume to employer 
  • Follow up employer response 
  • Update status of positions 
  • Coordinate recruitment process between candidates and employers 
  • Help support arange interview schedule 
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Working towards monthly or annual targets.

Job Requirement

  • Experience in sales more than 2 years. 
  • Self-motivated and driven by targets
  • Communication, interpersonal skill, commitment and high responsible.
  • Able to work under pressure and challenge environment
  • The ability to influence and negotiate with others
  • Computer skill

Working condition:

  • Working day: Monday to Friday (5 days / week)
  • Working hour: 8AM - 5PM (Break 12pm - 1pm);
  • Public holiday: Follow government
  • Annual leave 18 days/year
  • Sick leave 7 days / year
  • Competitive salary
  • Phone Card and gasoline based on positions
