I. Job Overview
  1. Accountant: This function is responsible for the general accounting function including preparing journal entries, maintaining balance sheet schedules and bank reconciliations. Assisting with monthly and yearly closings and reporting to Head of Branch Operation in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department. - Accountable for checking credit documents and verify loan data entries in system in order to produce the correct loan repayment schedule. 
  2. Administrator: This position will be responsible for quoting price for all purchasing the inventories and equipment. - Responsible for controlling the inventories and other expense. - Control fixed asset and Inventories. 
II. Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare journal entries. 
  • Assist monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements. 
  • Prepare analysis of accounts as requested 
  • Assist with yearend closings
  • Prepare withholding tax computations
  • Monitor and resolve bank issues including customer’s doubt and requests. 
  • Review and process expense
  • Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process 
  • Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures 
  • Monitoring Inter-branch balance. 
  • Maintenance customer collateral documents with safety and good manner. 
  • Keep customer’s credit files in good manner and in safe place. 
  • Follow up and clear prepaid expense and accrued expense. 
  • Produce credit report to relevant departments. 
  • Process any expense requesting. 
  • Purchase the inventories and equipment. 
  • Control inventory and fix asset.
  • Prepare water snake and other supplies for meeting.
  • Manages expenditure of petty cash by following principles and procedures of CP Bank. 
  • Manage contract of Relationship Officer’s Motor.
  • Record (Kongtor) of relationship Officer‘s motor and make cash payment for them. - Control for clean security and driver.

Experience Profile
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field. 
  • Other relevant trainings and certification 
  • Previous experience of general accounting or in banking sector is preferable.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to details 
  • Excellent computer skills 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Stress tolerance.
  • Knowledge of Computer
