1. Job Overview
  • Working under the supervision of Admin & Procurement Manager, you will responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and managing daily admin operation for the whole bank and report to Admin & Procurement Manager. Activities of this person: 
  • Quality Checks 
  • Follow up with all branches of CP Bank plc around the country 
  • Directly manages a small team of admin, drivers, and cleaners of H.Q 
  • Provide support to all branches related to inventory, fixed asset, and other request by each branch of CP Bank Plc.
  • Others related activities that required by department Manager. The role requires extensive knowledge on Administration, time managements, and good leadership skills. 
2. Key Responsibilities
  • Work with finance department to ensure payments on time for the organization 
  • Arrange the banking vehicles for supporting daily operations 
  • Work with branches and departments for facilitate the document of request pass to procurement team to proceed buying materials or fixed assets. 
  • Coordinate activities among the team  Provide feedback to higher level managements 
  • Manage on stock and stationeries for HQ and help the branch to solve the issue relate to stock and stationeries 
  • Manage all fixed assets of all branches of Cambodia Post Bank Plc and help the branch to solve the issue relate to fixed assets and report to admin and procurement manager on timeline basis
  • Responsible for tracking all rental buildings of CP Bank and make payment on time.
  • Assist admin and procurement manager for all operation expenses requests from H.Q staffs and branches and submit to authorized level for approval.
  • Oversee HQ and all branches image such as room, toilets, and others
  • Manage on the security team and office cleaning 
  • Responsible for delivery all the message, announcement, policy, and procedure from H.Q to all branches on time 
  • Responsible for preparing for meeting of H.Q such as room, foods, snack, and attendant on time 
  • Provides all trainings to head of branches operation/branch operation officers for new recruitments and continue trainings for all bank policy 
  • Responsible for delivery all the email/mail that received from/to branches and managements 
  • Assist admin and procurement manager for all requested from the branches of CP Bank Plc 
  • Do other tasks which is assigned by supervisor/manager. 
3. Qualification/Experience Profile
  • Understand about vision, mission, regulations, and other principles of Cambodia Post Bank. 
  • Hold Bachelor degree of Finance and Banking, Accounting, or Business Administration. 
  • At least 2 years experiences in Admin affairs. 
  • High proficiency in English knowledge. 
  • Skills in managing, communicating, reporting, decision making, solving problem, and interpersonal skill. 
  • High commit to work. 
  • High confident and talent to work.
