Main duties and responsibilities

As an integral part of our HR team, you will get exposure to:

  • Assisting the HR Manager on a daily basis
  • Delivering administrative support in the team
  • Being the contact person for the internal and external requests
  • Being part of the well-being organization of the office
  • Taking care of the filing and archiving of documents
  • Over time you will take over more and more responsibilities

Requirements

  • Ambitious person, who is willing and able to learn quickly
  • Enthusiastic personality who is willing to change
  • Open minded, hardworking and curious personality
  • Formal requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in administrative support (3 years or more)
  • Languages: fluently in French and English, German is a plus
  • Good communication and problem solving skills, teamwork, self-initiative, independent, structured and autonomous
  • Excellent analytical, verbal and written skills including high attention to detail
