Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule candidate interviews with coworkers and clients
  • Collaborate with admin department
  • Be responsible for finance approvals
  • Provide admin department with reports for client needs (how many candidates client needs, skills required etc.)
  • Anticipate problems by working closely with the Project Leaders. Provide timely leadership and encouragement to them
  • Make continues improvements priority. Also track the effort/time savings based on the improvements
  • Plan and develop the Project Idea
  • Monitor Project progress and Set deadlines
  • Determine and derfine project scope and objectives
