As part of Dove Global Deos team, key accountabilities are:
- LATAM Innovation: lead the innovation for the cluster for the 3 platforms above. Main point of contact for all the markets.
- Global project lead: this is one of the most strategic projects for the category. Is the disruption of the contact applicator segment and need to be able to develop a full mix (pack, formula & designs) and lead the strategy globally for all Deos Brands (Dove, Rexona and Axe). PRIORITY CLUSTERS: LATAM/EU.
- Being able to find new opportunities for the brand for LATAM (Examples of this: Limited Editions we are launching in our 3 key markets)
- Lead Mexico brand relaunch communication, developing a specific plan being our key cell to grow.
- Being member of H&B and Even Tone Squads globally.
Marketing team across LATAM, 2) x-functional teams (global and cluster) 3)Full Global Team (diff locations)
