Primary responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for the S&PP team supporting a Client Group, Market Unit Service, or other organization of similar size/complexity
  • Interact confidently and build credible relationships with senior leadership
  • Represent S&PP corporate function to CG leadership
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of the S&PP Service Catalog and service model; match S&PP services to business needs
  • Identify and drive sales performance improvements by coordinating the efforts of S&PP team members with different roles and specializations
  • Manage a small team in multiple locations, in-person and/or virtually
  • Create and execute medium to high complexity workplans
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of how S&PP Business Partners and the entire S&PP Corporate Function fit into the bigger Accenture picture

  • Program/Action Development - EXPERT
  • Sales Excellence Programs - ADVANCED
  • Change Management - INTERMEDIATE

  • Sales Tools - ADVANCED

Educational Qualification

Must have:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • English language fluency (oral and written)

Nice to have:

  • Business Management Education Desirable
