Senior HR Services Professional Payroll

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Payroll execution: Ensuring proper payroll calculation for local employees and Expats in line with local law regulation and Bayer internal guideline
  • Payroll transfer preparation
  • Pay slip reporting and Payroll closing: confirming with ACC all Payroll cost related query, executing the accounting structure for payroll Taxes and social security for local employees and Expats
  • Preparation of monthly statements for ZUS social security office and reports payment of monthly ZUS fees
  • Preparation of annual PIT4 and PIT8AR, PERON statements, personal annual Income Tax calculations and reporting PIT 11 (for employees and service contracts)
  • Lead comprehensive correspondence and issues relating to social security office and tax office
  • Monitoring on an ongoing basis changes in legislation related to tax and social contribution issue HR local database & Employee service
  • Ensure correctness of insurance, tax data in payroll system
  • First line contact for employees in relations to Payroll
  • International mobility administration in cooperation with local and global Mobility Experts, co-operation with vendors of logistics/shipment, tax, ensure correct data management in Global Mobility Database for PL
  • correspondence and issues relating to social security office and tax office related to Expats and local employees, monitoring of tax returns by Expats in line with global escalation process, monthly cost reporting to global Mobility cross-charging process, first point of contact for explanations of the re-invoiced costs of expats

Who you are:

  • University degree or equivalent, especially with the focus on Human Resources
  • English language skills, good in written and spoken form, plus local / regional language requirements.
  • Demonstrated professional competence and success in organizational development and change management and ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment.
  • Understanding of local labor legislation and knowledge of daily application
  • Experience of establishing strong working relationships with colleagues from different functions and cultures.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
