  • Setting the priorities, roadmap and editorial plan for e-mail marketing as a channel
  • Drive and operate the Global CRM Program Development by defining BC, processes and performance KPIs
  • Drive and operate the global newsletter agenda to increase newsletter performance globally, and assist smaller markets with newsletter operation
  • Drive the growth of customer base by defining off the shelf solutions for global lead generation campaigns, recruitment campaigns, etc.
  • Lead the Day-to-day operation of Marketing Cloud including GDPR opt-in, opt-out and being a demand manager for improvements in Marketing Cloud
  • Own the Centre of excellence of e-mail marketing by setting the way of work, standards, routines and rules for standardizing of the way of work
  • Drive the e-mail marketing analytical and performance agenda, including user stories for customer data
  • Global Lead CRM E-mail Marketing Specialist reporting line to the CRM Chapter

Academic and professional qualifications

  • Master/Bachelor Degree within Finance, Marketing or similar
  • Excellent copywriting skills, in English. Scandinavian language is a bonus
  • 2-4 years of e-mail marketing or CRM Competence
  • Strong familiarity with technologies, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar systems
  • Experience HTML coding for email is a big plus
  • Experience designing and implementing A/B and multivariate tests
  • Superior project management skills/experience agile way of working
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat is a plus
