Additional Job Description

Nos orientamos a perfiles muy dinámicos, con los siguientes requisitos:

- 2 años de experiencia aproximadamente en soporte aplicaciones de HR (Workday, SAP HR/People Soft/ Oracle/ADP/etc), con foco en troubleshooting y sistema de manejo de tickets.

O bien: 2/3 años en funciones de HR/payroll en entornos complejos, con capacidad de desarrollarse como Analista Funcional en una nueva aplicación.

- Inglés avanzado, dado que tendrá un rol funcional y deberá interactuar con interlocutores de diversas geografías.

Principales funciones:
-Actuar como punto de contacto técnico para la región LAN
-Realización de llamadas periódicas con territorios para obtener comentarios y comprender los desafíos regionales
-Apoyar al gerente de servicio regional con experiencia técnica y análisis para problemas escalados
-Resolución de tickets de tiempo crítico para la región
Participar en revisiones de servicios regionales dirigidas por el líder regional de AMS
