What will need to be done:
- Respond to incoming customer requests by phone, chat, mail;
- advise clients on goods, prices, working conditions of the company - offering a replacement, alternatives to missing goods, offering related products, assistance in placing an order and choosing the optimal payment method;
- work with client complaints, refusals and wishes, their transfer to the appropriate departments;
- study the information on the project in a timely manner to keep abreast of all changes.
