Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role greater than 2 years in the management of process analysis in the manufacturing or service industry.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Alteryx tableau is an additional.
  • Skills to be able to easily adapt to the use of the different software tools of the Acceleration Center.
  • Knowledge of BPM, or its equivalent in ISO methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, service orientation and ability to be a facilitator managing the needs of the client.
  • Studies related to Systems Engineering/Analysis, Computer Science, marketing or business administration.
  • Knowledge and experience in continuous improvement methodologies, agile. Certifications are a plus.
  • Upper-intermediate English.
