-Assist Service Engineer about Machine details.
-Keep record and keep filing of the data of Machine.
-Interact with Service Advisor.
-Support and Participate in case of event or meeting within outside valley as per company required.
-Track Servicing of Machine.
-Deal with Machine Operator.
-Keep Call Log-Sheet ( As per Company Format Provided).
-Answer calls, messages, or social media posts by customers as quickly as possible.
-Assist customer with the information about Machine and equipment’s.
