Job Description

  • Responsible to manage and maintain proper accounting system.
  • Management of the data file and the appropriate filing of the electronic and hard copies of the financial documents and reports.
  • Prepare monthly financial report.
  • Update Finance Head and team with account status.
  • Payment follow to parties after discussion with Sales and Marketing.
  • Reconcile monthly bank and cash statement.
  • Reconcile payment collection and update.
  • Prepare financial planning quarterly.
  • Prepare and provide Monthly trial balance.
  • Prepare monthly sales report.
  • Assist auditor for annual auditing.
  • Guide office assistance for billing.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s  Degree in Management with Accounting Finance (BBS/ BBA)
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in similar field.
  • Should have experience of using accounting software.
  • Should have excellent analytical skill.
  • Good Interpersonal Skills.
