You’ll be able to provide practical solutions to strategic issues like climate change, restoring nature and becoming an inclusive organisation. You’ll have a strong vision and be able to inspire and engage teams, supporters and partners in achieving the Trust’s goals.
What it's like to work here
Reporting to our Regional Director and a member of the regional leadership team, you’ll steer a distinct portfolio of properties as one of four Assistant Directors of Operations in our Midlands and East of England Region. This opportunity is a strategic and operational management role within a complex and multidisciplinary organisation.

Salary ranges from £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, in addition to an impressive benefits package including a health cash plan, contributory pension of up to 10% and flexible working.
What you'll be doing
Influential and inspirational, you’ll enable our portfolios to succeed; making connections, removing barriers and providing support, direction and insight, you’ll create an environment of collaboration, inclusion and enable success. Highly visible, you’ll set stretching targets to achieve; transforming our land to deliver more for nature, creating inspiring experiences for people at our places, how we are look after them, and the role that urban places play in people’s lives.
