KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and screen incoming and outgoing documents before getting instruction or approval from executives and distributes documents to related departments.
  • Distribute executive’s instructions to related departments and staffs.
  • Coordinate and prepare correspondence documents or letter for LSX’s executives and directors.
  • Maintain executive’s agenda; assist in planning appointments, board meetings conferences and prepare speech or documents.
  • Coordinate with related organizations (LSCO, Listed companies, securities companies and domestic and international organizations) on behalf of executives and report any proposal from related organizations to executives
  • Attend internal and board meetings, seminars and conferences and keep minutes (as assigned)
  • Prepare invoices for business networking and business trip and other incentives of LSX’s executives.
  • Prepare and manage internal monthly meeting for LSX directors and executives.
  • Summarize internal weekly report of LSX and distributes to all department as a reference of LSX performance.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly and yearly report to related organization (LSCO, BOL, LSX’s BOD).
  • Prepare and follow up the pending tasks from each department with compliance officer in order to report to Management.
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secured.

REQUIREMENTS/ KNOWLEDGES/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCES

  • Gender: Male or Female.
  • Age: 21 to 35 years old.
  • Bachelor of business management or relative fields (economics, accounting and finance).
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
  • Fluency in Lao and English, Chinese, French, Korean, Vietnamese (speaking and writing) is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office and software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills: prioritize all incoming and outgoing documents.
  • In depth knowledge of LSX internal management and roles of related organizations in capital market sector.
  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques: composing documents, information summary, reports and meeting minutes.
  • Work independently and be able to handle unexpected issues.
  • Be able to work overtime, travel to provinces or abroad depends on management.
