Job Description

Job Summary:

The OD Systems Associate is responsible in providing technical assistance in support of the activities of the Division particulary in Learning, Organizational Development and Career Development. Carries out report generation of regular management reports with analytics and some recommendations.

In-charge in mobilizing leadership, values and engagement surveys as well as internal customer satisfaction surveys and exit interview surveys and reports for the management

Ensures the regular appraisal procedures for probationary employees LBC-wide

Prepares diagnosis, OD interventions, and systems to address OD concerns

Maintains the Succession Tracking and Evaluation System, HCSS Sharepoint, and other OD systems

Job Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Information Technology or equivalent.

Preferably with at least 1 year related experience.

Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft PowerApps and the alike. 

Open for fresh graduates with excellent MS Excel skills (V-look up, Pivot, etc.)

Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office apps.

Temporary WFH set-up.

Amenable to be assigned in Pasay (Head Office).

Can start ASAP.
