Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.

Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Summary:

Will be focusing in processing and computation of final pay

Maintains employee life events of organic and direct inorganic employees through efficient management of electronic and hard files of all employees of LBC. Manage electronic files of employees in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) by performing HR and employee data changes into the system; accurately encoding information on the Master Data Authority Form. Prepare and issue contractual, probationary, regularization and termination documents or contracts.

Job Qualifications:

Must have experience in payroll, timekeeping or processing of final pay

Organized and keen to details. System and process oriented.

Able to handle highly sensitive HR information in a confidential and professional manner.

With experience in HRIS software management.

Proficient or with knowledge in MS applications.
