RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for training functions which includes, but not limited to, conduct orientation program for new employees, refresher training for employees, collate annual training plan, prepare monthly training report, submit training claims, course registration and follow-up, update training records and database as well as participate in ISO audits etc
  • Recruitment of executive, technical positions and bargainable positions
  • Administer and support staff recreational activities, HR events and activities, company vehicle, corporate mobile account, telephone system and prepare related monthly reports
  • Participate in MOM surveys and customers’ audit and ad-hoc assignments & projects when required
  • Manage and maintain up-to-date and accurate asset records
  • Administer medical, dental and insurance claims
  • Manage company vehicles, corporate mobile account & telephone system
  • Collate statistics and prepare monthly reports
  • Provide administrative support such as purchase office & stationery supplies, sundry, name cards, uniforms and safety shoes, air ticket bookings, ad-hoc reception duties, despatch, filing etc
  • Support HR processes, events, recreational activities, admin duties and ad-hoc projects/assignments

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience. Those familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485 and IATF16949 would have an added advantage
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (for frequent interaction with Mandarin speaking employees)
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • A meticulous, independent and organized team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
