  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Description:

a. Handle a team of agents

d. Provide feedback to agents to improve performance
e. Manage retention and attrition
f. Maintain knowledge of client’s business, products and/or services.
g. Attend training sessions to maintain or improve the level of skills.
h. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
