1. Introduction

NP Secure Co., Ltd, was established in 2009 to provide the clients with low-cost solution on Enterprise Security,  Network Infrastructure, Data Center and Virtualization. cybersecurity company providing application security testing,  continuous web security and compliance monitoring, asset inventory with security ratings enhanced with Dark Web  monitoring. NP Secure helps companies to reduce complexity and costs of application security and compliance. Today,  NPs has more than 100 subscribing customers, NSPS's customers include Banks, Microfinances, Government, NGOs, and  Commercial Establishment. NP Secure has distinguished itself with Certified and Qualified Systems Engineers which has  enabled a close relationship with vendor support teams due to our superior product knowledge and support capability.

2. Duties and Responsibility

1) Monitoring on project deal registration, and update project status from starting to the
    end date.

2) Maintenance on client lead, sales on salesforce, and tracking on product renewal
    report.

3) Monitoring and track report on project timeline, meeting schedule with client.

4) Handling to prepare customer relate document including Biz, Quotation, Proposal,
    Sales Agreement, NDA)

5) Controlling on stock-related duties, including delivery noted, borrowing, returning
    record.

6) Monitoring on stock record, update monthly remaining stock accordingly.

7) Coordinate the handling of freight, stock hygiene, equipment movement.

8) Responsible for booking schedule, taking minute for Deputy CEO.

9) Performance general task assigns by Deputy CEO.

3. Qualification & requirement:

1) Bachelor’s degree of Sales Marketing, Business Administration, and other related skill.  2) At least one year’s experiences in Sales roles, or fresh graduates encourage to apply.  3) Be a fast leaner, smart, flexible, high responsibility, team player.

4) Strong responsibility, patient to work all under pressure.

5) Challenger, Motivate, Morality, and basic understanding on sales roles.

6) Good communication, and negotiation skill.

7) Well knowledge in Microsoft office, Email & Internet.

8) Prefer for female only.
