Overall responsibility is to ensure all credit policies and procedures are established and followed by all credit personnel. These policies and procedures are to be reviewed periodically to ensure current standards are applied to and of quality standard against changes in the relevant industry and country wide standards.
Checks are to be made and conducted on routine and random basis on credit loans and verification of information given by customers and credit personnel.
To take charge of all Loan Committee meetings and the processing of loans for approvals and to ensure all documentation submitted are in accordance of rules established. Adherence to policies and procedures are to be maintained for all loans prior to submission to the Loan committee.
To process the Loans with utmost details checks to verify all the aspects of the loan details beginning with the customers; information right down to repayment capability and collateral and to verify its correctness and adequacies.
Have ability to analyze mainly client’s background, working places, Business plan, Financial Statements, Cash Flow, market competition, and risks and others on loans request from branches.
2. Daily tasks to include but not limited to:
Daily reports on Loans and processing documentations
Updating forms and relevance
Responsible and ensure credit data are analysed and collated properly
Responsible to analyses and evaluation and to share educate knowledge to credit personnel
Work closely and with all departments to increase credit quality and increase work efficiencies
Responsible to analyse on the Loan requests and guide lending unit to achieve competency and quality of loans solicited.
Responsible to observe, control, and report regularly on credit operations
Leadership ability to train, coach, and motivate teams
