Improving bottom line and company’s profitability and raising credit standards and overall managerial functions of the HOC.
Skills in directing business functions and maintaining improving relationships with clients, generating new business, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.
Evaluate and assess Risks on credit related to provide checks and controls and approve credit and Loans requests.
Manage and train team members to assist in the above.
Have at least 5 years in Credit analysis and evaluation of risk and loan approvals with a financial institution.
Performs operational audits and checks on Credit and related matters.
Update risks check lists where necessary and establish lines of contacts with external parties that can assist in evaluation of risks.
Analyse the weaknesses of credit operation and management processes, and provide recommendations where applicable.
Develop testing procedures relevant to risk management.
Documents the findings/issues, drafts the recommendations using unbiased opinion to submit to the Management and/or appointed member of the Risk Management Committee. for review.
Builds and maintain respectful and effective communication and relationship with teams, managements and staffs of areas under review.
