1. Job Summary: 
The primary purpose of this position is to oversee all aspects of the construction project(s) include budgeting, managing cash flow, scheduling; ensure that project will be completed within and approved budget with expected quality as well as safety, monitor construction progress, manage and lead construction teams, coordinate the construction works between contractors and subcontractors, and adjust the scope of works within the project team as necessary; and report the progress of works.
2. Job Description (Responsibilities): 
  • Oversee all aspects of the construction project(s), including project schedule, construction cost and quality, and construction activities.
  • Prepare budget, estimate construction expense and cash flow to discuss with CEO and Finance for approval. 
  • Prepare the construction schedule based on cash flow and hand over date... with CEO and procurement officer... 
  • Check the quality of all item of the works with Site Engineers to ensure the method statement is proper and technically correct before starting to move on. • Plan and control the scheduling of project phases and ensure the construction is completed within schedule and approved budget
  • Ensure construction quality; monitor construction activities including the use of proper construction techniques and safety regulations. 
  • Manage workforce by supervising and instructing construction teams and hiring contractors, engineers, architects and laborers. 
  • Recommend strategies for resolution of issues and provides direction and support to project team
  • Provide technical support, coaching, training and development to project teams, manage the overall performance of team members and motivate them to achieve targets. 
  • Prepare regular reports on the progress of the project(s) 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Report to CEO
3. Job Specification (Requirements): 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 
  • Master’s degree is highly preferred. 
  • At least 5 to 10 years of experience in building construction including electrical, mechanical, plumbing and firefighting works and site management. 
  •  Strong experience in coordinating electrical, mechanical, plumbing, finishing teams and related systems is desired.
  • Computer literacy and especially MS Offices, MS Project, AutoCAD.
  • Familiarity with requirements of drawings and specifications and with terms and conditions of Project Contracts, Subcontracts, and Purchase Orders 
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills

Working Condition 
  •  Working day from Monday – Friday 8 Hrs a day, Saturday work 4 hours
